Pecans 101 : 9 Varieties

There are 9 varieties of pecans grown at Dos Rios. (Even though there are only 7 pictured here.)

Every pecan has its nuanced flavor, but until you become a connoisseur, it’s difficult to
tell one from the other. The strengths of each have been hotly debated around our dinner table,
but its a debate that nobody ever wins. They’re all good.
